Overview

The human resources coordinator (hrc) position is for someone who wants to develop themselves and their career by exemplifying a ‘can do’ mindset and have an organic approach to resolving issues and finding solutionsThe hrc is responsible for coordinating select hr and logistical aspects of staff employment and responsibilitiesThe hrc is responsible for creating staff schedules which requires advanced proficiency using a scheduling software and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· create positive and collaborative relationships with staff

· gain cultural competency in gracelyn group culture

· complete staffing schedule

· teach and support staff in using scheduling system

· document and inform staff of grace use

· record pto and leave requests

· process and submit staff payroll

· coordinate and complete staff onboarding and exiting processes and paperwork

· develop and maintain gracelyn group policies and procedures related to human resources

· organize and maintain staff records

· respond to unemployment claims and correspondence

· other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· degree preferred

· experience managing staff schedules of at least 30 employees

· strong ability to use independent critical thinking and decision making

· effective organizational and priority management skills

· demonstrated ability to create and leverage staff relationships
