Job description
You will have a chance to deliver enterprise data and analytics dashboard reporting to accounting, finance, supply chain, operations, and marketing including but not limited to top key metrics, operational analytics, fraud analytics, and risk profile etcYou will also assist in the data analysis and reporting tasks, both scheduled and unscheduled, to support enterprise data and analytics activitiesThe ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is not afraid to learn and deliver within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Creates business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Assists in reporting company-wide key metrics (kpis and kris).
Produces all monthly dashboards reporting in a timely manner.
Supports the translation of data into actionable presentations and reports.
Automates recurring reports and may drive process improvement using appropriate technologies.
Provides support with database queries and analytics capability for enterprise wide data and reporting.
Analyzes business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate impacts.
Supports various departments, including accounting, finance, supply chain, operations, marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis.
Provides forecasts to cross-functional teams to address business issues.
Monitors data to identify changes in financial and business trends and provides observations.
Performs other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics or related field required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial or business analyst
Knowledge of sql and ability to develop queries
Experience working with data visualization tools such as microstrategy, tableau, looker, power bi, etcTo effectively display data to co-workers
Advanced excel skills such as, but not limited to, vlookups, countifs/sumifs, index match, and more.
Advanced analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
Ability work on problems of moderate scope and manage time to prioritize projects meet deadlines
Ability to work with general instruction and exercise judgement
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment
