About the role
Groove is excited to bring on a recruiting coordinator to help scale our team by owning and building a top-of-funnel strategy! you will own and lead scheduling and setting up future interviews for all departments across grooveYou will play an integral part in finding and recruiting talent across our sales, customer success, engineering, product, g&a, and marketing teams and ensure they are scheduled with the appropriate interviewees in a timely mannerThis role will report directly to our vp of hr and finance.
Responsibilities
Lead and own scheduling interviews at every stage of the process
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a candidate pipeline and help fill our highest priority hiring needs
Provide a streamlined and positive experience for all candidates
Prioritize building a diverse team, ensuring that every candidate is given an equal opportunity at groove
Qualifications
Bs/ba degree
1-2 years experience as a recruiting coordinator or sourcer, preferably at a tech start-up
Familiarity with lever and google calendars
Experience using linkedin recruiter corporate or similar sourcing tools
Familiarity with ats systems
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
