Responsibilities
Follow-up with leads
Nurture relationships
Hold buyer and seller consultations
Show and sell homes
Write and negotiate offers
Close deals
Lead generating client-facing services (realtor.com, zillow, etc.)
Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing
Review all clauses in listing contract and obtain seller’s signature
Networking, networking, networking
Qualifications
Past sales experience is preferred
Arizona real estate license is requiredDon’t have one? we can help.
