Full job description
Guard one services is seeking an organized, outgoing flex officer/relief officer.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Makes regularly scheduled client visits
Conducts after hours site inspections.
Assist in creating and maintaining the weekly schedule for all of the branch job sites.
Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings.
Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers.
Maintains post orders for job locations.
Maintain after-hours support and problem solving.
Whenever possible takes preventive and corrective action regarding onsite safety.
Maintains all company equipment, including but not limited to phones and vehicle maintenance.
Position is set flex shift, days, nights and weekends.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Ability to quickly learn new skills and work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver`s license and ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check and drug test.
Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.
Knowledge of microsoft office (word & excel) and familiarity with computer basics is required.
