Hhs technology group is looking to hire a technical recruiter to join our team in our sacramento, ca or fort lauderdale, fl officeThe recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, great attention to detail, strong communication skills, strong salary negotiation skills and be able to think outside-the-box to recruit top it talent.
Responsibilities:
Manage talent acquisition – post jobs and ads in select locationsScreen and source qualified applicants and resumesCoordinate the interview process with individuals and panelsGather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
Strategize – manage all stages of the recruitment processWork with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organizationCreate exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employeesDraft and create job descriptions as neededCollaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
Administrative duties – schedule interviews,update career website, update applicant tracking system, fill out all of the paperwork associated with each hire.
Requirements:
3 years of experience recruiting top it professionals with state government it experience for roles such as: qa testers (automation and manual), project managers, data architects, devops engineers, business analysts, all types of java developers.
Experience with state government proposals/bids is strongly preferred
