Hagerty consulting, incIs a nationally recognized emergency management and homeland security consulting firm that helps clients prepare for and recover from disastersWe are seeking a full-time temporary human resources project support specialistThis is a project-based position providing coordination and administrative support for projects within the human resources division.
What you would do:
Under the direct supervision of the human resources director, the temporary human resources project support specialist performs complex journey-level human resources work in a customer service and team-oriented human resources divisionThe individual in this position is expected to be fully competent to independently perform a full range of human resources duties and will work collaboratively with other divisions to facilitate the completion of projects or assignments assigned by the human resources director.
In this role, candidates must have:
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources or a related field.
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a professional capacity involving project support related tasks.
Strong computer skills with working knowledge and experience with microsoft office products (e.g., word, powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, sharepoint) and google.
Experience working to time-sensitive deadlines.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in handling and processing confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, manage obstacles, and use organizational skills to get things done in a timely manner.
Intellectual curiosity supported by strong listening skills.
Excellent relationship building skills and willingness to communicate with customer groups.
Flexibility in schedule to allow for early morning and/or evening support, if necessary.
