The role:
Measure and report the key performance indicators (kpis) for the business, accommodating for imperfect datasets
Utilize automation, particularly with looker, to empower stakeholders to monitor kpis
Build models to forecast business activity to support financial projections and labor planning
Clearly document your assumptions and calculations for peer review
Define and reinforce best practices for cleansing datasets
Requirements:
Degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, physics, economics, or mathematics
7+ years experience analyzing large, multidimensional datasets
Fluent in sql, excel, and visualization tools such as looker or tableau
Excellent communication of results in a concise, visual way that is easily understood by executives
Prior experience in business analytics is preferred
An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
Prior experience in ecommerce is helpful
