Full job description
You will receive calling lists from the agency directly and you will be responsible for making outbound calls to these warm leadsThe lists will be mainly comprised of already existing customers of our agencyYou will make the calls with the goal of setting the appointment for auto and home insurance quoting opportunities.
When you contact clients from our provided lists and speak with them about products or services, the expectation would be that you keep accurate records of each conversation indicating whether the person is interested or not.
You would be able to work remotely or in our office in this role with an expectation that you would be able to come into the office for one day each monthCalling scripts and any necessary training will be providedThe position does not require experience in the insurance field to be successful in the roleThe position will be hourly with performance incentives.
