Responsibilities including but not limited to:
College certification preferred, transcription, cca, ccs, medical office knowledge.
Requires travel throughout the year in the us, for conferences/trade shows.
Must have excellent writing skills along with proficient grammar.
Excellent communication skills, verbal & writing.
Proficiency in the use of word, excel spreadsheets, and google cloud based programs.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to coordinate with it and all departments for writing articles for all social media, press releases, and any conference or on-line literature.
Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.
Represent the organization remotely or in person to attend conferences throughout the countryAssist with set-up, attend, and promote company with service lines.
Cold call new prospective clients, or contact current clients to keep them updated or sell any new services lines offered.
Contact prospective clients after live conferences, on-line conferences, raffle entry winners, or attendee list to re-introduce them to our organization and answer any questions they may have to gain new business.
Work with college partners and our departments to assist intern students to write articles, blogs for our social media sitesMust be able to complete all paperwork for interns at the end of their semester.
Assist to increase our online marketing with seo hits through constant contact campaigns & daily check of all social media by liking, commenting, sharing and promoting our organization.
Must have experience in a healthcare related field with full comprehension of medical terminology and healthcare standards, policies, and systems.
Other duties assigned as needed.
