Required level of education, licenses, and/or certificates
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business or other equivalent work experience
Required level of experience
Typically 2 to 4 years of experience with quality assurance in a technology environment or advanced experience as a user with our enterprise system
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Knowledge of software used to collect, manipulate, manage and analyze data
Knowledge of health care edi formats, processes, eligibility (hipaa 834 , 835 , 837 , 270 , 271 )
* knowledge of the following software:
Sql server
Microsoft visual studio/test manager or comparable testing tools
Microsoft office professional edition
High attention to detail
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate skill in microsoft office products
Knowledge and proficiency in the following technical areas:
Enterprise level source code management tools
Debugging experience with web developer tools, postman, fiddler, etc
Familiarity with rest api
