We are looking for a fully remote experienced estate planning and probable paralegal with strong writing and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail is a mustIdeal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience of estate planning and probate experienceMust have experience drafting trustsWe prefer someone experienced with wealthcounsel and eldercounsel or other similar softwareLitigation experience is also a huge plus.
Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions is also huge plus with a strong preference for candidates in fl, ga, md, ny, or ilMust be dependable, available during regular business hours and able to jump in right away to work on projectsResume and references are required.
