Come join a motivated team! in this role, the sales specialist will report to the ceo and drive revenue for hiringopps, a job board leasing softwareThis is a new position with a young successful companyThe ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with prior saas sales experience, preferably in a software startup environmentA background in the job board or staffing industry is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue by developing and implementing successful lead generation strategies and by pursuing and leveraging strategic partnerships
Prospect, qualify, manage and close sales opportunities
Develop and maintain the sales pipeline and manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Provide a consultative sales process to prospects
Track customer information, forecasts and reports
Train and support clients, post-sale in an account management capacity
Plan and strategize marketing activities with the marketing team
Qualifications
Ba/bs degree and 4+ years of sales experience focused on growing new and existing business
Prior experience in the job board or staffing industry is a bonus
Experience selling saas (subscription as a service) solution or subscription-based products to a diverse customer base is a plus
Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn a feature rich technology platform.
Strong time management skills
Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
Working knowledge of computer applications such as microsoft office and crm
The ability to identify, build and enhance key relationships
