Hobbs | madison, inc is a business and technology consulting firmWe are searching for business analysts/tester`s for digital and online bankingIdeal candidate will live in gulfport or new orleans but not required.
Candidates must have experienced working with any of the following banking areas:
Digital/mobile (ba, tester, customer service lead, contact center agent, manager)
Online banking (ba, tester, customer service lead, contact center agent, manager)
Online account opening (ba, tester, customer service lead, contact center agent, manager)
Branch new account opening & servicing (ba, tester, customer service lead, contact center agent, branch manager)
Branch teller (ba, tester, customer service lead, contact center agent, branch manager, teller lead)
Additional requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience with excel required
Preferred experience, but not required
Ability to create and test scripts based on requirements specifications
Ability to document and report defects
Ability to work within agile, waterfall and hybrid software implementation environments a plus
Ability to gather acceptance criteria based on requirements specifications and user stories
Familiarity with hp quality center (qc) for testing and administration a plus
Familiarity with jira a plus
Familiarity with qa tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution, and testing strategies for use in service orientated architecture.
Experience in modifying and creating test scripts based on requirements specifications and user stories
Job duties also include working directly with qa manager, qa analysts, business unit personnel, business analysts, systems analysts, application developers, vendors and technology planners to ensure the quality of delivered systems meets the business objectives.
