The hummingbird team is united by the shared mission of helping fight financial crimeOur product does this by enabling the professionals in this space to work more effectively, collaboratively, and efficiently - the tool we`ve built is a platform for managing anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing operationsWe believe that the heroes who fight this crime every day (think terrible crimes like human trafficking, political corruption, weapons sales, and drug cartels) deserve best-in-class tools, and we also think finding and stopping financial crime is a problem rooted in code, language, and design.

About the role we’re looking to hire our first recruiter focused on go-to-market and ops roles here at hummingbirdThis position is imperative to our success as a company - finding, recruiting and retaining the best people will be one of the most important things we do as a rapidly growing start-upSuccess in this role will look like engaging and developing relationships with top talent in the space, helping develop and executing on our recruiting strategy, and providing unparalleled candidate experiences by serving as an advocate and sounding board for potential future hummingbirdsThis is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and partner with our head of recruiting to build from the ground up.

Experience recruiting for start-ups - hummingbird isn’t (yet!) a household name, so we need someone who knows what it means to help build a recruiting brand
