What do you need to be considered :
Advanced aptitude for social media networks and navigating various websites and dealership software applications.
Ability to gain easy rapport with customers in order to close deal and/or set appointments.
Ability and initiative to understand attributes of inventory dealership has to offer.
Attendance according to dealership policy.
Initiative to support all functions within bdc and dealership dynamics with scheduling, scripts, and special events.
Ability to follow instructions of manager in order to complete goals of bdc department.
Ability to handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
Automotive sales bdc representative responsibilities:
Communicate customers via internet leads in reference to vehicle inventory and ascertaining their area of interest leading them to an appointment time with sales staff.
Plan each days effort and resultsEstablish priorities for most important things to do each day in conjunction with bdc manager expectations.
Maintain follow-up system for encouraging repeat business.
Keep informed of recent developments in the dealership market and auto marketplace overall.
Stay informed of inventory on hand, educating yourself on various vehicle attributes.
Consistently display excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility with scheduling in order to support bdc team members including other dealership departments in the event of special sales, meetings, and management requests
Requirements:
Internet sales, call center or sales experience is preferred.
Work remote from home.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Excellent computer and phone skills are a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to stay organized and complete multiple phone calls and emails to customers and schedule sales appointments.
Must be able to work cooperatively with the team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
