Job overview
We are looking for a program manager to join our product teamIn this role, you will be responsible for managing programs across multiple teams: deeply understanding our product and working across the organization to ensure we are efficiently identifying risks, managing various work streams, and communicating effectivelyYou will act as the key liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.
What you`ll do
Establish and manage program plans and provide a cohesive view of all work streams with clear milestones, dependencies, and dates.
With key business owners and stakeholders, plan, document and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, and timing for projects.
Coordinate and manage deliverables across multiple teams including hardware, software, operations, member services, and marketing.
Produce and communicate accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Make recommendations for improvements, risk reduction and changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
Work cross functionally to identify, analyze and address inefficiencies and risks.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations, and address any questions, concerns, or feedback.

Who you are
Possess exceptional time management and organization skills (must be able to work cross-functionally, manage stakeholders, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines).
You have strong communication skills, including collaborative problem-solving and interpersonal relationship building.
Are able to rapidly identify, communicate, and drive to resolution of issues with multiple engineering teams and business stakeholders
Able to present and articulate information effectively to various stakeholders.
You have a demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and systems.
Have experience managing hardware or firmware projects/programs.
Are able to be in the boston office at least 3 days per week.
