Your role and responsibilities
The successfactors human resources technical consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of hrms solutions using kronos products in customer environmentsAs the consultant, you will create the design of the application and take on ownership of the final work productA consultant in this area will also be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize kronos solutions to support business needsThe consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurementHe/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual roleHe/she will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.

The base salary range for colorado residents is $105 - 162k
Required technical and professional expertise
2 years’ related experience
Experience with kronos dimensions
Experience with workforce/time software such as kronos, workforce software, workbrain, kronos, sap cats, adp etime, or ceridian time and attendance software
Certification in one or more of the listed workforce/time solutions
Readiness to travel up to 4 days a week (based on project requirements)
Experience in human resource (hr) business process design and development, running workshops and gathering requirements
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting
Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
Consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred technical and professional expertise
Knowledge of labor management, hr / payroll, erp, or similar domain product/systems
Experience with us payroll
Experience in time and attendance, scheduling and forecasting
