The srRecruiter will play a key role in driving talent into our engineering, technology and other organizationsThis entails providing world class customer service, stellar candidates enabling us to further differentiate ourselves in the marketThis is a full-cycle recruiting role responsible for the selection process, partnering with business/hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive end-to-end hiring experience.
Primary responsibilities & objectives
Build relationships with and consult with hiring managers in a variety of organizations.
Develop an appropriate strategy with the hiring managers to attract the right candidatesIdentifies creative strategies that will enhance efforts to meet hiring targets and goals
Identifies strategies to shorten the processing time for recruiting, selecting and hiring of engineering and corporate positionsDevelop & execute creative cost-effective sourcing solutions to fill difficult positions
Responsible for sourcing applicants through networking, and other recruitment resources, university relations, company website, resume databases and other available online toolsDevelop & execute creative cost-effective sourcing solutions to fill difficult positions
Coach hiring managers and teams through the process, interview prep and feedback sessionsCoordinates the interview processes; prepares and reviews written tests as needed; develops interview questions, training and experience guidelines, and performance and assessment tests; compiles and analyzes test results, and prepares findings
This is a full cycle recruiting role managing your own desk with direct interaction at all levels of the engineering and technology organizations.
Qualifications, skills and education
5+ year’s professional experience in specialized recruitment, engineering preferred with an emphasis on software, internet, web, cloud and api technology
Strong customer-focus; collaborative relationship builder
Experience leveraging ats/taleo/lever, and other hris systems (workday)
Partner with customers, advise, influence coupled with sound judgment
Prefer agency and in-house experience
