Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge in maintaining SMT Line and TH Line(Wave Soldering)
Excellent knowledge in PCBA manufacturing process, Quality and Assembly process
Excellent knowledge in Assembly & Mass Manufacturing of electronic products
Excellent knowledge in handling customer Audit and preparing SOP documents for Customer audits
Excellent knowledge on electronic components
PCB design and PCBA fault analysis
Preparing SOP for all stages of Manufacturing process
Excellent knowledge in Quality Management System(QMS) in EMS industry.
Responsible for determining, documenting and maintaining all relevant documents as per ISO standards
Execute customer audit plans as per the schedule.
Performs audit follow-up activity to verify effectiveness actions and implementation of preventive actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in any electronic manufacturing industry.
Good Knowledge of SMT, PCBA manufacturing, and electronic items assembly process
