Position summary:
The paid marketing specialist will play a key role in communicating, organizing and collaborating with the entire marketing teamThe paid marketing specialist is someone who has project management experience, some paid media experience and a love for creative inputWe are looking for someone who can join the team to help coordinate paid projects and help our team communicate effectively across departmentsThis is a fully remote role!
Key responsibilities:
Help the paid/growth team plan, run and assign out creative requests
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for all ad related requests
Monitor paid media performance and work with team to create insights and optimization recommendations
Facilitate ongoing paid initiatives and collaborate with the marketing team to develop overall marketing calendar
Review and oversee all creative deliverables (i.e., strategic briefs, content tasks, launch materials etc.) to ensure quality standards
Support creative conceptualization and help oversee execution of paid content.
Stay informed about upcoming cultural moments, creative trends and collaborate on creative direction with the team
Skills:
Ability to thrive in a speedy environment and juggle multiple projects at once
Experience with asana, trello, jira or a relevant project management tool
Strong analytical skills and the ability to help the team prioritize aka help level set expectations
Experience with copywriting and concepting direct response creatives
Experience with paid channels such as facebook, tiktok, google, snapchat, pinterest is ideal
