Experienced grant writer
Im-power healthcare is helping to solve the medical shortage in the industryWe predominantly use technology for medical education and are helping to fast-track the students into healthcare jobsThe instructors and lecturers of our company use zoom, im-power website (https://www.im-power.training) and moodle (lms website for a blackboard learning environment for students) to employ synchronous communication in testing and allowing the students to take various national certified tests and practice medical exams online and receive the results quickly and learn from their mistakesOur own proprietary software which is an online gaming environment used to create student contests as a game and learn faster because we have made a gaming environment from the quizzesWe are using augmented reality software and apps, 3d models, animations, vr and ar, and illustrations for biomedical visualization of our courses to make it easier for students to learn complex biological structuresThis allows the student to see the part of the body they are learningWhen you can use more of the senses you learn and retain faster.
The current course we are teaching normally takes 8 to months in the academic environmentWe are teaching this course in 4 months using the technology package in class and online teaching environmentsWe are also giving a national certification that legitimizes the student as an expert in the fieldThe certification is normally not given in schoolsTo prove the effectiveness of the technology we have recently tested with the national nhs test for our students and had a 100% pass rateThe average pass rate of the nha test is 63%We are well above the average for industry testing.
Every one of our students is now fully certified ccma’s and through internships and externships from the largest healthcare providers like parkview and iu health, all of them are employed for a month before they graduate.
We want to change the paradigm of education by minimizing the time to educate and maximizing the number of graduates to medical facilities.
We need to expand our selection to become a 2-year college so we can use the same technology to expand our programs to surgical tech, surgical assistant, and ultrasound tech
We also want to expand into florida and texas and this will require the need to cover as much as possible the rent, equipment, and added salariesWe can then expand faster and become a service to the us medical community.
