Duties/responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Collaborate with the executive team to identify hiring need.
Responsible for recruitment lifecycle from role intake through candidate start date.
Utilize recruiting “best practices” for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.
Work with selected placement agencies to assist with communicate job specs and help manage candidate intake process
Source candidates from linkedin, job boards, etcTo identify appropriate candidates
Vet candidates to assesses their qualifications through resume review, interviews, and other forms of communication.
Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers.
Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications and coordinate interviews (both internal and client), etc.
Required skills/abilities:
Bachelor`s degree
2+years of technology related recruiting experience in a staffing environment
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Extensive linkedin sourcing experience
Experience with candidate tracking systems
