We`re looking for a project manager to help us plan, build, deliver and maintain our award-winning websites and lead one of our experienced production teamsThis is a full-time position open at our amesbury, ma, office.

Our needs:
Project managers manage our production teams overseeing multiple projects through production from start to finishIn this role you’ll be monitoring project progress, tracking deliverables, working on creating scopes with your team, and ultimately being responsible for the accurate and on-time completion of our workAs a team lead you`ll directly manage day-to-day responsibilities for your team of six, with help from a project coordinator, making sure everyone has what they need to move projects forward.
We`re looking for someone who works well in a team setting -- someone who is organized, self-driven, curious, and knowledgeable about the webIdeal candidates will have some experience managing web projects in an agency environment, and some experience working with and managing a teamOur ideal candidate takes ownership of projects, earns the trust and respect of their team and clients, and can say `no` when a request is untenable - if you can manage the last part typically the first two will follow : )
If that sounds like you and you`ve got a couple of years of experience managing or coordinating projects or programs, managing people, and working in the web world you are likely qualified.
While we offer remote work as an option to employees able to work within our east coast working hours (9-6pm), we`d very much like to have someone who is able to come into the office a couple of days a week.
Key responsibilities:
Understand client goals, priorities, and metrics for success.
Keep projects running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Create and maintain project timelines, presentations, pacing docs, notes, and qa guidelines.
Create tasks for the team so everyone is working efficiently.
Understand business requirements of client projects.
Provide timely feedback and manage scope creep with clients.
Understand and ensure accurate billing of projects.
Submit or review billable hours for all work on the team.
Act as client contact, fostering, and maintaining positive relationships.
Work with the team to create estimates and scopes for projects and tasks.
Able to run and manage multiple projects simultaneously for various clients.
