The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
participate in sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and

demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to project schedules
perform analysis and design activities against new system functionality and existing system

define and prepare solutions for o&m changes to new and existing reports

test solutions to validate whether requirements have been met; develop unit test plans, unit

expert level comfort with schema development and xml data load and ingestion into a complex

conduct performance tuning for existing transfer processes, reports, and features within the

assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions
update/maintain schema definitions for transfer processes
knowledge of cryptographic algorithms pertaining to the secure transfer of data between

assist business analysts and testers during system testing as necessary
Mandatory qualifications:
active secret clearance required
bachelor`s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
8+ years of experience in data transfer specialist development roles
experience with .xsd, xml, xslt, entity framework, object-oriented programming and design in
A c# environment
experience with cryptographic algorithms and sftp transfer functionality using third party
Software such as secureblackbox
experience using devsecops
experience with reporting tools such as sql server reporting services (ssrs) and/or crystal
Reports
experience using agile methodology and comfort working in a high paced scrum environment
strong sql data analysis skills including the ability to write and troubleshoot complex objects.
familiarity with source control such as tfs or git
