The director will develop and communicate our job seeker acquisition investment strategy and work with partner teams to execute on the goalsAdditionally this person will be responsible for collaborating across marketing teams, business units, international strategy on quarterly and annual planning and driving executive approval on budgets and strategy.
This role involves partnering with brand marketing groups to improve roi from traditional brand channels.
Responsibilities:
Plan & design job seeker acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, mediums, countries, and languages
Work with relevant teams to develop improved lifetime value models and cost per acquisition targets
Set quarterly and annual acquisition goals in collaboration with stakeholders
Present and communicate paid digital strategy to executive level decision makers as well as regional stakeholders
Proactively explore and test new campaign types, tactics and strategies to create system of continual optimization and improvement
Who you are
Requirements:
7+ years of marketing experience running global campaigns in multiple languages
Experience in organic search, paid search, social, television, and radio
Ability to work with product leaders to influence product direction to help achieve growth targets
Demonstrated fluency in data and analytics to work effectively with data science teams
Strong collaborator able to work with internal stakeholders and drive coordination between marketing, product and sales
