About the role:
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Be responsible for achieving core kpis and metrics related to the role
Comfortable to consistently track/update candidate records in the ats
Follow workflows to initiate and confirm background checks and drug testing
Follow-up with candidates and engage them via phone or text messages
You will contribute to a cohesive team environment and utilize coaching and feedback to improve performance while having the confidence and knowledge to influence others
Qualifications:
Required education & experience
Minimum of one year experience in a high volume internal recruitment role or at a temp staffing agencies
Confident, professional and effective communication skills
Experience using ats, g suite tools (sheets, gmail, etc.), and onboarding software/systems
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets and metrics
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to ensure you are able to meet deadlines
Must be a self-starter and a team player!
Ability to cover flexible shifts - weekends and/or varying shifts may be required
Bilingual in spanish (preferred)
Experience in the light industrial (warehouse, forklift, etc.) or hospitality sector
