The internal careers team drives the hiring process for internal candidates by partnering with hiring managers, hr, compensation and global mobility teams to create an exceptional candidate experienceThe recruiting coordinator supports the team and program through:
Scheduling interviews and act as a point contact for the candidate
Champion for candidate experience
Impeccable attention to detail in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment while supporting the interview process from start to finish
Maintain the ats (icims) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
Manage all contracts, offer letters and documentation as required for both candidates & employees
Identify opportunities and solutions for improvement and increased efficiencies
Who you are
1+ years of successful recruiting coordinating experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ats)
Proven ability to build relationships with internal teams
Demonstrated critical thinking abilities, especially in sensitive situations, using discretion and flexibility as needed
High attention to detail with proven organizational skills is a must
Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
