Your job
As a search quality senior analyst, you will work to measure and improve internal quality within the search quality teamYou will help develop scalable solutions for reviewing workflows, assist with documentation, and provide feedback to team members when necessary.
You will also help build out, drive, and organize data and reporting around these processesResponsibilities:
Perform data analysis to measure and report on quality of workflows.
Utilize tableau or similar internal tools to create visualizations of data and make suggestions based on the analysis.
Identify and develop creative solutions for process inconsistencies.
Deliver feedback to team members and build resources to bridge knowledge and communication gaps.
Proactively identify gaps in documentation and work with stakeholders to make improvements.
Ability to take on and execute projects with minimal oversight.
Develop and suggest process and performance improvements for existing and new workflows
Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Operate as a workflow sme and act as a liason between external stakeholders as necessary
Flex into new projects and act as a generalist beyond your initial scope of work.
Who you are
Ba/bs required or related experience
3+ years experience in analysis of processes, metrics, workflows and operations
Able to easily adapt to change - sometimes daily changes
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Innovative, creative, and self-motivated
Ability to multitask
Passion for helping others
Extremely flexible, willing to scope out and take on new tasks.
Self starter, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Must be organized, positive, proactive, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience using sql and / or tableau to write queries to help organize team’s data and dashboards.
