As a senior search quality operations measurement analyst you will work closely with other members of the search quality operations, product managers and technical analysts to build quality measurement systems and improve operational efficiency which will ultimately help more people get jobsYou will work in a fast paced environment and be comfortable building, breaking apart, iterating and starting over on projects and concepts.

Responsibilities:
Establish and preach good practices for training documentation for vendor driven manual labeling tasks.
Work with your manager on prioritization of individual and team projects; identify procedural pain points and propose/implement improvements
Make vendor recommendations after assessing their label quality and consistency and work with vendor management teams to ensure that we are collecting the most accurate data possible.
Design, build, and implement scalable solutions to answer questions about the jobseeker experience and share best practices with the team
Facilitate strategy and provide recommendations for building operations tooling and data collection and then work along with technical analysts to implement the designs
Establish relationships with product teams and act as a liaison for search quality
Lead projects and proactively propose improvements to measurement models designed to mirror user experiences with our public products across all markets
Validate ideas by performing experiments and analyzing the results
Identify new initiatives and effectively use project management techniques to manage between multiple priorities
Advocate for and prioritize what is best for our jobseeker population
Develop strong understanding for search quality operations and principles
Be a go-to resource for the team
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in a related field like business operations, vendor management, information systems or computer science, physics etc and 2-4 years of experience or 4-6 years relevant work experience preferred
2+ years of experience in guidelines documentation and working with vendors or contractors
2+ years of experience with scaled operational work
Ability to translate business requirements into prototypes and technical documentation.
Experience in validating hypotheses, creating kpis, presenting trends and results
Ability to write html, sql queries and use dashboarding tools like tableau
Knowledge of quality measurement systems and principles
Experience working on international markets or products
High level of curiosity and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Familiarity with pandas (python) preferred
