We`re looking to hire hardworking people to help us grow and help our clients in the san antonio area!
We`re looking for people who are friendly, easy to talk to, and that have a spirit of gratitude to meet with our clients and help them with a simple plan they`ve asked for.
Must be licensed or willing to become licensed with tdi.
No experience requiredWe will teach you everything you need to know through in-person; virtual; and hands-on training.
This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with flexible hours and work days that fit your availability.
What to expect:
In-house leads - these are people who have completed a form requesting someone to contact them for helpIn some cases, they have also specified what plan type they are wanting.
Training with top producers.
Yearly incentive trip offersPrevious trips include aruba; hawaii; paris; and switzerlandOur current 2021/2022 incentive trip is to alaska!

Income:
Part-time: $30,000-$50,000
Full-time: $50,000-$100,000
Average income is $500 per client appointment
Requirements:
Willing to obtain your license with tdiThis process can be done within 2 weeks.
If you have your life or life, accidental, & health license, then you already meet this requirement!
For those interested in medicare, you will need to have your 2022 ahip certification done or be willing to get certified.
