Part-time staffing associate
- monday (12-5pm pdt), wednesday (12-5pm pdt), friday (7am-noon pdt), saturday (7am-5pm), and additional hours for pto coverage -
Infinity rehab is seeking a staffing associate to provide staffing support in high-need areasYou will schedule both infinity rehab therapists and agency therapists (physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and speech-language pathologists).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate future staffing to fill open pto (paid time off) and loa (leave of absence) orders.
Coordinate same day staffing to cover critical needs, i.e., sick calls and new admissions.
Coordinate weekend staffing to cover critical needs and weekend evaluations (pt ot slp).
Provide backup for staffing coordinator.
Facilitate setup of agency therapists in emr.
Take phone calls (give appropriate support or direct to the appropriate person) and make phone calls (for special projects and critical needs).
Provide backup for coordinating travel arrangements for therapists.
Compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Minimum position qualifications:
High school degree (or equivalent)
Ability to work as a team member
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain the schedule accurately
Strong computer skills (scheduling software, email, ms suite)
