Us citizens/green card holders(remote until covid restrictions are lifted)
1-5 years of general recruiting experience including sourcing, internet searching, compensation negotiation, scheduling interviews and networking via social media (linkedin.)
A general understanding of it concepts and latest trends (technologies for e-solutions – java, .net, sharepoint, etc.; middleware; databases/data warehouses/business intelligence; infrastructure/network solutions; erp, etc.) is preferred.
Excellent skills in online research and using ms office and outlook, requires superior communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities, and an unwavering work ethic.
Participate in recruitment efforts focused on fulfilling client requirements at the commercial, state and local level.
