Position summary:
Under the guidance of the director of human resources, the recruitment / training manager is responsible for the successful domestic and international recruitment of all crew members and provides an onboarding experience that includes, new hire orientation, compliancy training, and service standards trainingThe recruitment/training manager will also ensure the compliancy of all annually required training for all perry cabin inn team members.
Experience, education & training
· minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required.
· 3 years’ experience in human resources preferred.
· experience in luxury hotels preferred.
· experience with international recruitment preferred.
· high school diploma or ged required.
· bachelor’s degree in human resources, hospitality, or related field preferred.
