This remote role can be located anywhere within the u.sTo perform the required responsibilities.
As an advanced compensation consultant with intecrowd, you will be responsible for successfully implementing the workday module for key projects and clients.
Responsibilities
This is a client facing role with assigned responsibilities that will include acting as a primary/lead consultant on projects regardless of size or strategic importance
Superior communication, consultative and presentation skills with solid technical abilities to lead client engagements
Experience in data loads, validation and extraction of workday data (iloads, eib, workbooks, xml, etc.)
Provide expert client management skills that includes capturing of business requirements, providing options and sharing best practices within the workday ecosystem, as well as participating in business development discussions to deepen relationships
Continually improve workday knowledge by attending training and monitoring relevant workday community postings
Develop relationships with appropriate workday employees and other partners as a representative of intecrowd
Design and implemented solutions to solve highly complex technical and business problems
Accountable for data validation and integrity issues
Work with project managers and other consultants to forecast the hours allocated for your role across the project timelineProvide your project manager with weekly updates to estimates of the hours needed to complete the work and updates to forecasted hours
Responsible for adhering to the workday methodology
Responsible for complete unit testing
The successful candidate is very confident with a strong opinion and experience, to make recommendations and can hold their own in supporting these recommendations
Configuration experience; be able to drive process design and should be able to learn as needed
Lead testing efforts of the client during uat
Accountable for the successful deployment of your workstream into production
Understand and work toward the responsibilities of the next level
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Demonstrated understanding of short-term and long-term incentive compensation design including cash bonus, deferred compensation, equity compensation, and plan funding strategies
Superior personal initiative - ability to work with no supervision and direct the actions of others.
Expert presentation skills
Superior knowledge of ms excel
Ability to insert into any project as a recognized leader by both client and coworkers
Acumen for technology, abstract thinking
Experience with compensation program competitive offers, in-band adjustments, market data, overtime (flsa), pay strategy pay structure, role changes
Ability to thrive in client facing situations with all management levels
Requirements:
Workday certification in hcm, core compensation & advanced compensation preferredIf not already certified, certification in hcm, core compensation and advanced compensation will be required
Completed 3-5 projects within the workday ecosystem
2 - 3 years of workday experience as a consultant
Industry certifications strongly preferred
Knowledge and execution of workday project management methodologies
Must have led implementations specific to hcm, core compensation and/or advanced compensation
4 year college degree in business or technology tract
Or, 4 -5 years industry experience in a directly related field
Mba a plus
Preferred `certified compensation professional`
Travel 30-50% including some day trips
