Job title: attorney - it agreements
Job location: remote
Role summary:
A project-based opportunity to help a team providing commercial contract drafting and negotiation services for a highly innovative technology companyThis team needs an attorney with at least three years it contract drafting/review experienceExperience in the software and technology verticals is preferred.
Responsibilities & duties:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating it agreements including saas and software license agreements
Drafting reviewing, and negotiating other commercial contracts as assigned
Work within apttus/salesforce environment
Work with stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goals
Accurately reporting and collecting performance data
Perform other tasks as assigned
Required skills/abilities:
Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
Proficiency with microsoft office
Possession of an outstanding customer service attitude
Exceptional attention to detail
Education and experience:
Jd from accredited law school, bar admission to any state preferred, but will consider a contracts negotiator with solid drafting experience.
