Client needs a principal senior program managerSomeone with experience in software implementations, aci online bankingThis is a technical program manager role but they’re going to be sitting on the business side reporting to patriciaGoing to help a team of people manage a launch strategy, communicate with technology project managers and manage vendorsThey are doing an aci uob upgrade but they have been on the aci uob platform for 5 years and have been an aci customer for 15 years so not starting from scratchIn addition to the aci uob upgrade they are also doing mobile app releases/development which is a hybrid with aci’s productThey are also turning on additional functionality so there will be multiple releasesShe prefers someone who’s managed aci uob implementations/upgrades but if we can’t find that she’ll consider fiserv commercial center, bottomline and q2 because they are all similar products.
