Description: must have expert level knowledge and experience on remedy suite of products and hp ddm, to support and enhance existing processes, design and deploy new processesThe consultant must ensure that all of our system meet all corporate polices as they relate to system security, licensing, hardware, and software standardsResponsibilities: utmost concern is safety for oneself and those around themConducts all work safely and promotes safe work practicesAttend and comply with all safety meetings and training sessionsMust be self-motivated, having the ability to multi-task under a heavy and diverse work-load, while maintaining strong relationships with the business to set realistic expectations, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate timely status updates to management and project stakeholdersOpen to change (adaptability): should be able to learn new skills independentlyThe ability to quickly learn and understand complicated systemsAt least 5 years hands-on experience implementing and supporting bmc it service management tools to support itil processesMust have excellent analytical skills, and ability to work with minimal requirements specificationMust be organized and a good team playerLooking for a self-started in a dynamic technical environmentOpenness to change and ability to adapt in a fast moving environment is a mustProficiency with writing clean, coherent, well-documented remedy supported codeProven ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and conciseBachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related fieldDesired: itil 4 foundation certified systems administration background and experience is a plus experience with bmc analytics, crystal reports and business objects desired skills skilled in microsoft excel experience with microsoft sql 2005 ; 2019 and window server environment and supporting bmc
