Required skills set: years of experience: 5+ education required: bachelors degree or equivalent work experience proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change proven experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results strong engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills expertise in managing and reporting through jira experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors challenge, negotiation, and influence presentation, communication & facilitation customer focus stakeholder management benefits management and realization business process management requirements management degree in relevant discipline or formal certification in business analysis practice 2+ years` experience of working with websites 2+ years` experience working with crm platforms (preferably salesforce) practical usage of agile methodology experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain experience cross industry business awareness/business domain knowledge user-centered design (user experience, user interface design and business process design) project description: as the commercial it access services business analyst, you`ll need to develop a deep understanding of the domain and its associated platforms and systems, with a primary focus being on analysis of the many portals and websites used by the client access services teamsThe goal of the workstream that this ba will be associated with is to identify opportunities for web presence/portal consolidation, plans for integration of these sites with our salesforce crm platform and planning for new capability additions (e.g., chat bots, docusign integration, etc.) to the new target environmentsDevelop strong working relationships with access service business team, their stakeholders, and key points of contact for technical integrationsThe ba will develop very close relationship with the it pms to plan for the delivery and timing of the workThey will also work very closely with the leaders of the technical teams to develop proof of concepts for capability considerationShe/he will work with colleagues from enterprise architecture, salesforce coe, project managers, release management and testing to prioritize and deliver this demandYou`ll partner with brms and client on the team to ensure the access services roadmap is aligned to business priorities and requirementsPerform business analysis and design either alone, delivering small to medium size business change activities, or as a member or lead of a ba team in a large or global business changeThe business analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivityThe role will partner with the access services business relationship managers, taking responsibility to deliver high quality business cases, business process designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet established client quality and compliance standards and business solution needsThe access services business analyst will share best practices in relevant communities of practice, contributing to internal it processes and standards for business analysis and designPhysical environment and working conditions: remote
