Job description: the hr department is undergoing an initiative to improve the knowledge article content within our hr portal, which is powered by servicenowCandidate would be responsible for: • review current content format and making recommendations for enhancement • utilize servicenow system data to prioritize areas of focus • develop and implement knowledge article templates, using advanced web design functionality • train existing resource responsible for maintenance on support and updates to new templatesKnowledge and experience required: • demonstrated experience with web design, especially html and cascading style sheets (css) • experience with knowledge article design within the servicenow hr environment please be prepared to show examples of content created.
