Responsibilities:
Provide project management leadership and direction by integrating internal, subcontract, and customer staff into cohesive team structures
Effectively manage multiple concurrent small, mid-level and/or complex large audio-visual related projects
An understanding of construction projects and how to work with general contractors as a sub-contractor
Provide project status reports, monitor and track entire project lifecycle, leverage ms project reporting tools and be accountable for overall project successThis includes full financial assessment and responsibility of project profitability
Assess client business and technical objectives, determine deliverables, evaluate risk and execute projects
Understand and apply the iron bow sales engineering and pm methodology processes and procedures
Understand and abide by the iron bow iso 9001 policies and procedures
Some travel will be expected (appx 50%) as well as an expectation of afterhours work, as needed, for implementation deployment tasks, cutover tasks, etc
Establish and maintain strategic vendor relationships within the audio-visual technology industry
Generate additional business opportunities through strategic vendor relationships with the hopes of growing iron bow av related revenue by 20% in their first year
Participate in sales forecasting calls to aid in the construct of revenue pipelines related to any business development efforts collaborating closely with each of the five iron bow business units and engineering leaders
Interact with appropriate engineers within iron bow to properly develop statements of work, bills of materials, quotes, proposals, etcAs required

Qualifications:
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Working knowledge of microsoft office suiteWorking knowledge of excel a mustWorking knowledge of microsoft project preferred
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize requirements and meet deadlines
Ability to balance a large volume workload
Ability to learn
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Education and/or experience
A bachelor degree or equivalent experience is desired
Experience with cisco cms, webex (cmr), skype for business and microsoft vis
8-10 years in av, video or other relevant technical discipline
