Real estate agent responsibilities:
Prospecting new leads, nurturing current business, growing your business in a way that you prefer
Working closely with buyers and sellers to lead the transaction
Negotiating contracts and handling client issues
Real estate agent qualifications:
Engaging personality, great attitude, is personable and honest, and are interested in helping others
Highly organized with attention to detail and comfortable with technology
Self-motivated, driven, and smart
Desire to learn new skills
Has an active real estate license or willing to obtain one (let us know if you`d like info on getting signed up in real estate school)
Additional information:
Real estate agents are independent contractors, which means your income potential is unlimitedGenerally, full-time real estate agents in our program make $60,000 - $150,000 in their first 1-2 years, while our experienced and top real estate agents can make $150,000+
