The role of the facility manager is to ensure the proper operation of all aspects of a facilityThe facility manager must establish, operate, and maintain a comprehensive facility management program which allows an organization to manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of building, systems and equipment.
Areas of responsibilities may include:

Sound like you? to apply you need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management
Minimum of five years of industry experience required either in corporate environment, a third party service provide
Must have strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented and must have extensive knowledge on microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook, access)
Experience in managing multi-site locations, vendors and capital projects
Superior client relationship management skills
Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
Strategic thinker with strong implementation orientation
Understanding of commercial leases, contract documents and routine accounting methods
Familiarity with and understanding of building systems
Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision
Proficient in ms office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style needed.
Travel required and reliable transportation neededWork 50% at approved client site/ and opportunity to work from home 50%
