Full job description
Jrc is seeking a c4i systems technician to support our government customer, the missile defense agency (mda).
This program is based out of dahlgren, va, but work can be performed remotelyPosition will be 90% telecommuting.
Responsibilities:
Provide comms and networking support for the engineering, integration and maintenance of c4i elements
Requirements:
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience
Ability to design and analyze the supporting c4i elements and the integration of c4i and the larger bmds
Requires a working knowledge of systems engineering and maintenance methods centered around c4i
Aegis experience but would be a plus, but not required
Experience as a comms or network technician is needed
Missile defense-related or other dod programs/projects is desired, as well as a top secret clearanceIn some cases, military education can be considered in lieu of bachelor’s (with associate’s degree) and master’s degree (with bachelor’s degree).
