We are looking for a business analyst who will help drive digital and process transformation for our clientsYou will serve as a customer advocate, leveraging skills in customer relationship management and analytics to make sure that business and technology teams remain aligned during the lifecycle of a project.
The jaroop team works in a hybrid model where team-members have the option to work remotely or work from our west hartford, ct officeWe are looking for an individual who is motivated, effective, and able to excel in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between it and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements, incorporate feedback, identify impediments, and improve overall processes and communication
Own and develop relationships with clients and third-party integration partners
Conduct client interviews and analyze client provided materials
Develop presentations detailing client key findings and jaroop recommendations
Work proactively with business and engineering teams across clients, third parties, and jaroop to overcome obstacles and manage to the collectively best outcome
Facilitate support issues by working with the customer and engineering team on issue identification, replication, estimation, and prioritization
Drive the end-to-end process of getting prioritized features specified, documented, built, tested, and released
Facilitate user acceptance testing with clients
Help design, document and maintain system processes
Creatively approach solving challenges to deliver better value to the customer in the forms of consultative recommendations and technical output
Requirements
2-4 years experience as business analyst or similar role
Insurance industry experience, preferably in distribution
Proven experience in gaining stakeholder alignment
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Data analysis and data visualization a plus
Mba a plus
Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%
