Overview
This position will train on-site initially and then work remotelyCandidates should be able to manage and plan their day accordingly and take direction when neededThis position will focus on sourcing and contacting candidates for manufacturing and skilled trade related positions.

What you do:
Conduct employment related research and assist recruiting team with sourcing qualified candidates
Provide excellent applicant and internal customer management service
Assist in developing recruiting strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline
Work closely with lead recruiters and customers
Customized screening and initial contact of applicants
Coordinate calendars of candidates, clients, and recruiters
