Full job description
Non-traditional law firm seeks associate to assist with busy residential real estate practice and to help build an estate planning practice.
We are 100% woman owned and we all work remotelyOur work flow determines our work hours but you should expect to appear at closings every dayWe’re usually busy in the early evenings until around 6:00 pm and also whenever we have closings or other work to attend toOtherwise, we offer some flexibility on your work hoursWe provide a full staff to support you, including paralegals and mobile notaries and we will also supply you with a laptop computer, printer, scanner and all of the necessary softwareWe’ll provide you with a base salary for this portion of your work but we do not offer benefits at this time.
Our practice is focused on residential real estateYou’ll attend closings, handle attorney review letters, and work directly with clients, realtors and other attorneysClosing are primarily in the western suburbs, but may also be in the city or throughout the greater chicago area which you will be responsible for attending and this may be dailyYou’ll also help build an estate planning practiceWe’ll provide the staff, forms, software and leads and you’ll provide the work and assist with business developmentYou’ll have opportunities for growth.
