Real estate sales buyer`s agent
We’re looking for a self-motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent who wants to capitalize on the market and create a smooth and pleasant purchase and sale experience for their clients we are unique and different as we pay you as you learn!In this position, you will help clients find a home that meets their needs and then walk them through the process of putting in an offer, reaching mutual acceptance and drafting up a purchase contractJob seekers should be driven professionals looking for growth opportunitiesIf you are an entry level real estate sales representative you will be teachable, self-motivated, and creativeExperience in sales, customer service, and marketing are preferred.

Real estate sales buyer`s agent qualifications
Real-estate license
Valid u.sDriver’s license and own reliable car
Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
Ability and desire to contract with clockhouse realty as your broker
Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements,
Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
Setting up showings, managing relationships, adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, assessing home buyers` wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

This is an independent contracted position for 6 months.
