Full job description
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representativeA dispatch operator will act as a liaison between customers and or non emergency police staff, resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency and dispatch officers on unauthorized movement seen at a project.
The target is to ensure we respond efficiently to customer inquiries and non emergency police staff while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
*remote position, but candidate`s must be located in arizona
Responsibilities
Manage customer incoming calls and or messages
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Provide effective and efficient updates to non emergency police staff
Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of geography
