What you will do
Design and implement streamlined, effective sustainability delivery practices, drawing upon the global expertise, capabilities, tools and technologies available across the johnson controls enterprise.
Under minimal direction, lead the development of sustainability projects and provide support for risk mitigation for constructability and operational direction to meet the desired outcomes of decarbonization projects.
Source and implement use of digital toolsets for both the construction and operational phases of sustainability projectsHandle document control to ensure all project information is stored and available for the full term of the project.
Set parameters for project reviews and ensure designation of authority is achieved prior to contract execution.
Develop operations plans and reporting process to meet contractual requirements of sustainability projects.
As required support any project rectification or dispute resolution process as defined in the contract.
How you will do it
Oversee the design and implementation of a cohesive, critical metric driven sustainability delivery program
Collaborate with global partners to align methodologies, toolsets, and contracting practices
Design and govern the methodology for sustainability delivery in a matrixed organization
Lead the planning, implementation tracking, and follow-up of organization optimization efforts
Identify and cascade standard methodologies or changes of processes and toolsets
Facilitate the process of crafting, communicating, governing and maintaining new policies and standard operating procedures (sops)
Conduct regular audits of the delivery organization and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient and customer-centric
Participate in global sustainability and decarbonization programs
Help foster creativity and build solutions in an inclusive business environment where all associates are respected and engaged
Share information cross-functionally to ensure key partners are aware of unique business challenges; drive/guide efforts to eliminate redundancy and/or low-value work
Qualifications

Bachelor`s degree
5-7 years progressive experience in buildings industry leadership
Constantly seeking innovative solutions for delivery of complex programs
Experience in sales process and operations.
Strong proficiency in ms office (excel, word, power point, teams), adobe, visio, ms project, basic windows environment and internet business application usage.
